The team was formed in Nizhny Novgorod in 2018, but it was the current roster that gave DRT-52 the “re-birth” of the team in 2020.
Pilots are the permanent participants of the Grand Prix 2020-2021 and Rostec Drone Festival 2020-2021. The team took 1st place at the end of the Drone Sports League 2022 season in the silver division.

Maxim Max AMF Sazonov
Pilot from Nizhniy Novgorod. Attended several stages of the Russian drone racing Grand-Prix 2020-2021. Winner of multiple regional tournaments. Earlier used to participate in RC-racing competitions — Sazonov is a two-time champion of Russia.
Denis DEN Shirokov
Denis is a big fan of sports. As a kid he participated in a lot of tournaments in several disciplines like skiing, basketball, athletics, but never was doing sports at pro-level.
His interest with drones started because he wanted to try something new. Shirokov says that drone racing helps him to see the world around him in a different way.
